Inspire Action for Social Change is a national nonprofit that helps communities create safe, healing-centered services, especially during the critical post-separation period. We strengthen organizations by enhancing supervised visitation and safe exchange services using adult and child survivor-centered approaches. Our work is rooted in love, shared purpose, and deep care.
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our internal operations and help our remote team thrive. This fully remote, part-time position (30 hours/week) plays a key role in scheduling, internal communication, event logistics, systems management (especially Airtable and Google Workspace), and general administrative coordination. The person in this position will be part of a very small team with a deep connection to each other and our work.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong administrative and nonprofit experience
High proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Alignment with our mission and values
Collaborative, solutions-oriented work style
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
